Nghe An has 33 people running for People's Council delegates, term 2021 - 2026
(Baonghean.vn) - As of 5:00 p.m. on March 14, 2021, the election committees at all levels of Nghe An province have completed receiving and reviewing candidacy dossiers for National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2021-2026 term according to regulations.

According to the report of Nghe An Department of Home Affairs - the standing agencyProvincial Election CommissionFrom February 22 to 5:00 p.m. on March 14, 2021, at the standing office of the Provincial Election Committee, 32/32 candidacy applications for the XV National Assembly (no self-nominations) were received;243/251 candidacy files for the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026 (no self-nominations).
The district election committee received 1,924/1,930 candidacy applications for district-level People's Council deputies for the 2021-2026 term (no self-nominations); the commune level received 23,478/23,755 candidacy applications for commune-level People's Council deputies.
Regarding the candidacy files for commune-level People's Council delegates, out of a total of 23,465 files, there are 33 self-nomination files from 9 districts.
Specifically, Do Luong district has 3 records; Thanh Chuong has 7 records; Nam Dan has 5 records; Hung Nguyen has 1 record, Nghi Loc has 4 records, Dien Chau has 5 records, Yen Thanh has 5 records, Quynh Luu has 2 records, Tan Ky has 1 record.

According to regulations, no later than March 16, 2021, 68 days before the election date, election committees at all levels must complete the transfer of candidacy dossiers to the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the same level for inclusion in the consultation list.
ConferencenegotiationThe second round of preliminary list of candidates for the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term will take place no later than March 19, 2021.
Nghe An is allocated to elect 13 National Assembly deputies, including 6 deputies introduced by central agencies and organizations and 7 deputies introduced by local agencies and organizations.
