According to the program, from March 30, the National Assembly will dismiss the Chairman of the National Assembly, Chairman of the National Election Council and elect replacements; dismiss and elect a number of Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly.
Next, the National Assembly dismisses and elects the President; dismisses and elects the Prime Minister.
The new President presents to the National Assembly the dismissal and election of the Vice President, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, and Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
The Standing Committee of the National Assembly also submitted to the National Assembly the dismissal and election of a number of members of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Chairmen of a number of Committees of the National Assembly, the State Auditor General, and the Secretary General of the National Assembly.
Also at this session, the Prime Minister submitted to the National Assembly for approval the dismissal and approval of the appointment of a number of Deputy Prime Ministers, a number of Ministers and other members of the Government.

Proposing the Government to assess the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic
Also at the final session of the 14th tenure, the National Assembly will discuss and pass a Resolution on summarizing the work of the 2016-2021 term of the National Assembly, President, Government, Supreme People's Court, Supreme People's Procuracy, and State Audit.
In addition, the Resolution of the 11th session of the 14th National Assembly (including the content regulating the number of full-time delegates of the Hanoi People's Council for the 2021-2026 term) and the Law on Drug Prevention and Control (amended) will be considered and passed.

Secretary General of the National Assembly Nguyen Hanh Phuc also suggested that the opinions of National Assembly deputies should be accepted on the request for the Government to assess the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on socio-economic development, the effectiveness of the use of support packages, and propose solutions and policies for short-term and long-term socio-economic development if the epidemic situation is complicated and prolonged, and mention them in the Supplementary Assessment Report on the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the State budget in 2020.
