Initially, Ms. Lo Thi Que confessed that she bought the drugs from an unknown Mong man for 2 million VND to treat her husband's rheumatism.
Currently, Ms. Lo Thi Que is being detained at Ky Son District Police for investigation according to the provisions of law.
