(Baonghean.vn) - On March 27, the Provincial Military Party Committee held a Conference to Identify and Introduce Personnel for Appointment to the Positions of Commander and Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command. Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee chaired the Conference.
Attending the conference on the side of Military Region 4 were: Major General Tran Minh Thanh - Member of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of Military Region 4; representative leaders of the Personnel Department of Military Region 4.
On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee;Standing Committee - Executive Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee.
Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee affirmed: The process of implementing personnel work must be based on regulations and instructions from superiors on the number, structure, standards, conditions, and practical situation of cadres. In addition, the work of discovering and introducing personnel for appointment must be carried out objectively, democratically, publicly, and transparently in accordance with the correct procedures and regulations. The cadres introduced and appointed must ensure the conditions and standards of quality, capacity, training level, age and health.

At the Conference, delegates listened to Colonel Pham Van Dong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, approve the standards, conditions, structure, number of sources, procedures for discovering and introducing planned source personnel and approve the list and plan for arranging planned source cadres into each position unanimously introduced by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee.
