Initial information, at around 9am the same day, when employees of Luong Son restaurant (Tan Binh town, Hiep Duc district) arrived at work, they discovered that chef Duong Van Nh. (born in 1993, residing in Binh Lam commune, Hiep Duc district) had died. Next to him, the restaurant owner and his wife, Ms. Le Thi M. (born in 1992) and Mr. Nguyen Van H. (born in 1991, residing in Tan Binh town) were seriously injured.
Immediately after that, the incident was reported to the police. Upon receiving the news, Hiep Duc District Police quickly arrived at the scene to coordinate in taking the victim to the hospital in critical condition; at the same time, they organized to protect the scene and collect information about the incident.
