(Baonghean.vn) - Regarding the wheelie and exhaust pipe-revving incident involving a group of young men in the Cua Hoi bridge area, Cua Lo town police seized 12 vehicles and worked with 25 participants.

Talking with the leaders of Cua Lo town police, it was learned that: The town police temporarily detained 12 vehicles and worked with 25 subjects, the group of subjects were between the ages of 15 - 21 years old.

Most of them are people from neighboring areas such as Nghi Xuan (Ha Tinh), Nam Dan (Nghe An), Hung Nguyen, Cua Lo and Vinh City.
Through initial statements: The subjects said they spontaneously "performed" some motorbike tricks on the bridge and recorded them for the purpose of "showing off".
