Introducing 167 comrades under the management of the Politburo and Secretariat to run for National Assembly deputies
(Baonghean.vn) - Based on proposals from Party committees and organizations at all levels, 167 comrades under the management of the Politburo and Secretariat, including 102 members of the 13th Party Central Committee, were introduced to run for the 15th National Assembly.
On the afternoon of April 2, the Central Organizing Committee held an online meeting for the first quarter, deploying tasks for the second quarter of 2021. Comrades: Pham Minh Chinh - Politburo member, Head of the Central Organizing Committee; Nguyen Thanh Binh - Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee chaired at the Hanoi bridge point.
At Nghe An bridge, comrade Le Duc Cuong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee chaired; also attending were leaders, officials of the Provincial Party Organization Committee and a number of organizing committees of affiliated party committees.

HIGH CONCENTRATION OF VOTES
In the first quarter of 2021, the entire industry made efforts to both advise on and effectively implement political tasks and implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic; and comprehensively and synchronously deploy Party building and organization work.
Accordingly, the Central Organizing Committee and the entire industry have advised on the preparation and organization of the 13th National Party Congress; and deployed tasks after the Party Congresses at all levels in conjunction with the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.
The sector has advised the Politburo to submit to the 2nd Conference of the 13th Central Committee to decide on the introduction of candidates for key leadership positions; to perfect personnel to hold a number of leadership positions of State agencies for the 14th term, 2016-2021 term and the 15th term, 2021-2026 term for the National Assembly to elect and approve "to ensure the unified, comprehensive and harmonious leadership of the Party in all fields and localities and create a common combined strength".

On that basis, the Central Executive Committee democratically discussed, carefully considered, and voted to introduce candidates for key leadership positions and leadership positions of State agencies with a very concentrated number of votes.
The industry also coordinated to organize the second consultative conference to agree on the structure, composition, and number of candidates to be nominated as candidates for the 15th National Assembly.
Based on proposals from Party committees and organizations at all levels, 167 comrades under the management of the Politburo and Secretariat, including 102 members of the 13th Party Central Committee, were synthesized and introduced to run for the 15th National Assembly.
Along with that, the industry has coordinated with relevant agencies to advise the Party Committee on the expected structure, composition and allocation of the number of people recommended to run for the People's Council for the 2021-2026 term; coordinated with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the National Assembly Deputies Affairs Committee to provide guidance on election work.
The sector has also advised Party committees at all levels to mobilize, rotate, assign, appoint, arrange, and deploy cadres according to regulations. In the first quarter of 2021, it has advised and coordinated the appraisal of 179 personnel under the Central management to submit to the Politburo and Secretariat for decisions on assignment, rotation, designation, appointment, and nomination for candidacy.
The industry continues to maintain the spirit of solidarity and unity; professional coordination is in order; many new models and good practices continue to be researched and implemented.
CHOOSE A WORTHY PERSON TO REPRESENT THE PEOPLE
The second quarter of 2021 is the time for all levels and sectors to focus on preparing and organizing the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term. The leaders of the Central Organizing Committee requested the entire sector to closely follow the key tasks to advise the Party Committee to concretize them into programs and plans suitable to the situation and characteristics of the agencies and units.
It is necessary to advise on concretizing and implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, resolutions of Party congresses at all levels; continue to effectively implement the resolutions and regulations of the Central Committee on Party building and organization; perform well regular tasks and protect internal politics; propaganda work on Party building; and build the sector to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

The Central Organizing Committee requested the entire sector to seriously implement the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Politburo on the election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies to select worthy representatives of the people, ensuring a truly democratic, safe and economical election, with election day truly being a festival for all people; advising on perfecting personnel for leadership positions of State agencies at all levels for the 2021-2026 term and the 15th National Assembly.
Concluding the Conference, Comrade Pham Minh Chinh - Politburo member, Head of the Central Organizing Committee emphasized a number of key tasks of the industry in the coming time.
In particular, for personnel work in preparation for the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels, it is necessary to strive to promote the results achieved in the past time and continue to be proactive and positive, ensuring progress and quality.
