Speaking at the conference summarizing 90 days of emulation to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and summarizing Youth Month 2021, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Le Van Luong affirmed: "The peak emulation period to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union" (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2021) has become a widespread political and social activity throughout the province.
Through the action programs, Nghe An youth have fully demonstrated their roles and responsibilities towards society and the community. In particular, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union has implemented 4 key contents including: Organizing political activities, educating the glorious tradition of 90 years of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; organizing celebrations, cultural and artistic activities, youth festivals to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; launching the peak emulation campaign "90 days of Nghe An youth competing to achieve achievements to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union"; organizing activities to build and strengthen the Youth Union organization, participating in building the Party and people's government.

At the Conference, collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements were commended and rewarded by the Provincial Youth Union.
Specifically, the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 49 collectives and 29 individuals for "Outstanding achievements in the 90-day emulation campaign to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2021).
Awarded 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 2 Third Prizes, 5 Encouragement Prizes and 1 Audience Choice Prize for the video clip contest "Pride of Youth Union Cadres".

The Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union issued Decision No. 156-QDKT/TWH to award Certificates of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union to 2 groups and 5 individuals for "Outstanding achievements in the Winter Volunteer Program 2020 and Spring Volunteer Program 2021".
Nghe An Provincial Youth Union also awarded Certificates of Merit to 41 groups and 13 individuals "For outstanding achievements in the Winter Volunteer Program 2020 and Spring Volunteer Program 2021".

For the "Steps for the Community" race, the Executive Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 groups and 20 individuals for "Outstanding achievements in participating and implementing the program".
In addition, the Organizing Committee of the online contest to learn about the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress decided to award prizes to 20 outstanding collectives and individuals. The contest took place from April 12-16, 2021 with more than 51,000 entries.
