Regarding the coordination in considering exemptions and reductions for State budget payments, the THADS agencies have proactively reviewed and prepared documents to submit to the People's Procuracy for comments and proposed that the Court consider exemptions and reductions in execution of judgments. Upon receiving the documents, the People's Court promptly assigned a Judge to handle the case and held a meeting to consider and issue decisions on exemptions and reductions in accordance with the provisions of law.

The work of mobilizing litigants and defendants to pay court fees, fines and compensation to remedy consequences before and during the trial has been of interest to the Provincial People's Court and the People's Courts of districts, towns and cities, creating favorable conditions for good coordination, especially timely protection of the rights of litigants, people with rights and obligations related to the case... Based on the results achieved, the delegates made recommendations and proposals on a number of specific issues such as: In the process of resolving the case or conducting mediation and dialogue at the Court, it is necessary to explain to the litigants and defendants more clearly about their rights when promptly performing the obligation to execute civil judgments, and to provisionally estimate in advance the amounts payable for court fees and civil compensation to notify the litigants and defendants to pay... In reviewing and handling the remaining evidence and advance court fees, it is necessary to direct specialized Courts and People's Courts of districts, towns and cities to actively coordinate with the civil judgment enforcement agencies to compare and review for final handling.
