This activity contributes to the implementation of the program to prevent and combat child injuries, especiallydrowning accident. In recent years, despite active propaganda and implementation of many activities to curb drowning accidents, drowning accidents among students are still a tragic problem. One of the main causes of this risk is because children do not know how to swim, lack skills and knowledge about safety when bathing in rivers, streams, ponds and lakes. For these reasons, this union welfare program is considered to have practical significance and promises to become a useful playground for children in the summer of 2021.

Many suggestions to help the program run effectively and ensure safety were raised at the signing ceremony. Photo: DT

This May, the Civil Servants' Union will recruit students and compile a list of students so that the class can start in early June. The Provincial Labor Culture House will base on the number and time of registration to arrange and assign classes that suit the wishes of the students.

To ensure the quality of the curriculum and the safety of the children, each class only teaches a maximum of 30 children. Teachers closely monitor the children's learning process, develop complete rules and regulations... After the program, there will be a final swimming competition for the participating children.
