Test results of 50 F1 Covid-19 cases in Nghe An are available
(Baonghean.vn) - Initially, the health agency has collected samples of 72 F1 cases and more than 700 F2 cases related to the first community case in Nghe An.
On the morning of May 7, Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Director of the Center for Disease Control (CDC Nghe An), said that the test results of 50 F1 related to47 year old patientin Quynh Lap commune, Hoang Mai town. The first test results showed that these 50 people were negative for Covid-19. Among these test samples, there were also samples from the patient's wife and 2 daughters.
In addition, the health agency has also traced 22 other F1s, of which 21 people have had their samples taken and sent to Vinh City for testing. The remaining person has left his residence so his sample could not be taken.
"Working all night, we have also traced 743 F2s, and up to now have collected 341 test samples," Mr. Dinh added.

The positive patient is NPQ (47 years old, Quynh Lap commune, Hoang Mai town). According to epidemiological investigation, from April 14 to April 29, he took care of his wife at the Central Hospital for Tropical Diseases, branch 2 (Dong Anh - Hanoi). On April 29, the couple took a bus back to their hometown. In the early morning of May 6, he had a fever of 38.5 degrees. He was quarantined at Quynh Lap Medical Station and tested. The results of the two tests showed that he was positive for Covid-19.
