Two young men without masks, carefree walking in the epidemic area of Quynh Lap
(Baonghean.vn) - Quynh Lap Commune Police, Hoang Mai Town discovered that people in the epidemic area still went out despite the social distancing period.
At 5:15 p.m. on May 10, the Covid-19 epidemic prevention patrol team of Quynh Lap commune, Hoang Mai town conducted an inspection and discovered two cases at Tan Thanh village beach, Quynh Lap commune, including: HVH (born in 1997, residing in Tan Tien village, Quynh Lap commune) and TCT (born in 1996, residing in Duc Tho town, Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province) not wearing masks while walking around.
Quynh Lap is an epidemic area, currently implementingsocial distancingi according to Directive 16 of the Prime Minister to prevent the epidemic. The fact that these two men went out without wearing masks is a violation and each case will be fined 2,000,000 VND.

Also on May 10, the People's Committee of Kim Son town, Que Phong district, issued a decision to administratively sanction a violation in the field of health for one case of not wearing a mask in public.
Previously, on the morning of May 9, the functional forces in Kim Son town, Que Phong district organized inspections and handled cases of failure to implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic. During the patrol, the Working Group discovered that Mr. LVH (born in 1998, residing in Do village, Chau Kim commune, Que Phong district) was not wearing a mask in the Kim Son market area in Nam Son block, Kim Son town.

Mr. H.'s above behavior violated Point a, Clause 1, Article 12 of Decree 117 dated September 28, 2020 of the Government on regulations on administrative sanctions for violations in the health sector. Therefore, the authorities decided to fine Mr. LVH 1,000,000 VND.
