On May 11, after receiving feedback from the public, Market Management Team No. 3 - Nghe An Provincial Market Management Department coordinated with relevant agencies to investigate and verify the feedback on the fact that a Spa service facility in Hung Phuc Ward was still operating normally, not complying with the suspension of operations according to the regulations of the Provincial People's Committee and Vinh City on the prevention and control of Covid-19.

Accordingly, the inspection team discovered that the Seoul Spa service business owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi Da Trang, located at 302 Nguyen Van Cu Street, Vinh City, Nghe An Province, was providing spa services to 4 customers.

This is one of the services on the list of services that must be temporarily suspended according to Decision No. 2732/UBND-VX dated May 6, 2021 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on temporarily suspending some non-essential services and continuing to strictly implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic.

The delegation imposed an administrative fine of VND15 million on Ms. Nguyen Thi Da Trang's business establishment and required the owner of the service establishment to close and strictly comply with regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control.

Faced with the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, the Nghe An Market Management Department has issued Directive No. 367/CQLTT-TCHC on strengthening the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic. Accordingly, the Market Management Teams are directed to be on duty 24/7 including holidays, strengthen local management, focus on market inspection and control, coordinate with functional forces to inspect medical equipment and supplies for epidemic prevention and control such as masks, disinfectants, medical gloves, and prevent speculation, hoarding, and unreasonable price increases from occurring in the area.
