Discovered 2 couples getting high in a rented room
(Baonghean.vn) - While suddenly checking a rented room, Vinh City Police discovered two couples illegally storing and using drugs.
On May 17, Vinh City Police, Nghe An Province, said that the agency is completing documents to handle 4 subjects with acts of storing,illegal drug use

Previously, at around 11:15 p.m. on May 12, a working group of the Truong Thi Ward Police (Vinh City) suddenly inspected a rented room on Nguyen Van Cu Street, Truong Thi Ward (Vinh City) and caught 4 subjects (2 men, 2 women) in the act of illegally storing and using drugs.
The identities of the subjects were clarified as Hoang Manh Cuong (born in 1996) and Pham Thanh Hau (born in 1995), both residing in Duc Tho district (Ha Tinh); Nguyen Thi Ha Vi (born in 1998), residing in Vinh city; Nguyen Lan Anh (born in 1993), residing in Lang Son province.
At the scene, the police seized evidence including: 1.625g of ketamine; 1 drug use tool and 2 cell phones. Truong Thi Ward Police made a record and handed over the subjects and evidence to Vinh City Police for further handling according to regulations.
Currently, Vinh City Police are completing the documents to handle the subjects according to the provisions of law.
