On the May 23rd national election day, 22 voters will participate in the Nam Dan district quarantine area. In Vinh city, on May 13, a new "quarantine area" appeared. In this area, 4 ballot boxes are set up, including 1 main ballot box located at Vinh Medical University and 3 additional ballot boxes that will be brought by the election team to the hospitals for transient voters to exercise their rights and obligations according to the Law.

As for the Emergency Department - Intensive Care Unit, Nghe An Oncology Hospital, the election team will bring additional ballot boxes here so that 69 voters who are medical staff, inpatients and their relatives can vote.
