It is known that due to the special nature of detention work, and to ensure security and order, in addition to 1 main ballot box at the centralized voting station, Election Team No. 9 of the Provincial Police Detention Center also arranged 2 mobile auxiliary ballot boxes to each detention cell and treatment cell so that voters who are temporarily detained and imprisoned can exercise their right to vote.
Along with the whole province, at the Vinh City Police polling station, to ensure the right to vote for those in detention, Vinh City Police deployed additional ballot boxes. The election team brought the additional ballot boxes and ballots to the detention house for voters to receive ballots and vote. 50 "special voters" exercised their right to vote, in accordance with the law and ensuring safety against the epidemic.
