Previously (May 21), Que Phong border district had 3,943 voters who voted early in 10 polling stations.of 5 communes.

Mr. Bui Van Hien - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, Chairman of the Que Phong District Election Council said: On the morning of May 23, the weather in the whole district was sunny and dry, favorable for voters to go to the polls. Thanks to careful preparation in advance, all polling stations in the district were safe and in accordance with regulations. By 11am, about 60% of voters in the district had gone to the polls.
