Jen Bricker (33 years old) is a Romanian who was abandoned by her biological parents when she was born because she only had half a body, then she was adopted by a couple in Bam, Illinois (USA). Her adoptive parents loved Jen unconditionally and encouraged her to dance wherever she wanted. "They didn't mind that I had no legs and considered it 'no big deal'. They taught me that I could do whatever I wanted and put my heart into it," she shared.
Therefore, from a young age, Jen showed her passion for sports, especially gymnastics. At the same time, she also received encouragement from her adoptive parents and 3 brothers, who always told her: "Don't let anything stop you... You can do anything if you are determined enough."

After graduating from high school, Bricker attended a local community college and then went to work at Walt Disney World. After a few years of work-study, Bricker became an aerial acrobat. In 2009, she performed in Britney Spears' Circus tour and quickly became famous around the world.

In 2018, at a book signing for her memoir, “Everything Is Possible” (published in 2016), Jen met an Austrian man named Dominik Bauer (28 years old, trumpet player and singer). “And after I read her book, I immediately reached out… Everything she wrote was so true, and I knew I wanted this woman in my life,” Dominik recalls.
After that, the two often talked, wrote letters and video called. In March 2019, Dominik traveled more than 8,000 km to propose to Jen with the song "What a Wonderful World" and she nodded in agreement. Over the next 4 months, the couple carefully planned the wedding with the help of both families.
