'Monster woman' with 3 criminal records impersonates teacher to scam many milk shops
With the trick of buying milk for her child who was being treated in the hospital but not carrying cash, wanting to pay with an ATM card, then holding the milk first and withdrawing money to pay later... Huyen has defrauded a series of stores in Hanoi.
On June 6, Dan Phuong District Police (Hanoi) initiated a case, prosecuted the accused and issued a 2-month detention order for Trinh Thi Huyen (born 1988), in Lam Son Ward, Bim Son Town (Thanh Hoa) to investigate and clarify her behavior."Fraudulent appropriation of property".
According to investigation documents, Huyen had 3 previous convictions for crimes related to property.
Specifically, in 2012, the People's Court of Ha Dong District (Hanoi) sentenced him to 6 months in prison but suspended the sentence for "Theft of property"; in 2013, the People's Court of Son Tay Town (Hanoi) sentenced him to 7 months and 12 days in prison for "Theft of property"; in 2019, the People's Court of Yen Phong District (Bac Ninh) sentenced him to 10 months in prison for "Fraudulent appropriation of property".
After being released from prison, Huyen continued to impersonate a teacher and pretend to buy expensive milk boxes at retail stores to scam people.

On the morning of April 23, Ms. Tran Thi H. in Tho An commune, Dan Phuong district (Hanoi) was selling goods when she saw Trinh Thi Huyen riding a motorbike to ask to buy milk. Ms. H. saw that this woman had many similar characteristics to the subject who had previously scammed her daughter of 9 boxes of various types of powdered milk on Trung Tuu street, Tay Tuu ward, Bac Tu Liem (Hanoi), so she kept Huyen and the motorbike and reported it to the police.
At the police station, Trinh Thi Huyen confessed to having committed at least three cases of fraud and appropriation of powdered milk in Dan Phuong district and one case in Van Con commune, Hoai Duc district.
