Dien Chau district has just issued a decision to administratively sanction violations in the field of food safety against 2 restaurants in the area.
Accordingly, the decision was made to fine Mr. Le Minh Viet (born in 1990), owner of Minh Bao restaurant, located in hamlet 6, Dien Tho commune, Dien Chau, and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Manh (born in 1991), owner of De Lang Viet restaurant, located in hamlet 8, Dien Tho commune, Dien Chau, each 2,000,000 VND.
The penalty level is prescribed in Point b, Clause 1, Article 15, Decree 115/2018/ND-CP dated September 4, 2018 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations in the field offood safety
