Accordingly, in block 4, Quan Hanh town, Nghi Loc district (Nghe An), the forces closely coordinated, stopped a 4-seat car, and caught the subject sitting in the car, Lau Ba Cua (born 1991), residing in Na Ngoi commune, Ky Son district, for the act of "Illegal drug trafficking".
At the scene, the police seized 5 kg of crystal meth. When the police discovered that he was being chased by the police, Lau Ba Cua directed the driver to flee a few hundred meters, but the police quickly controlled and arrested him.
Lau Ba Cua is a Mong man, a drug addict, who set up a drug trafficking network from Ky Son district to Vinh city for consumption. He rented a car and was arrested by undercover police on the way to Vinh city to sell the drugs.
