A couple sitting in the same driver's seat, driving a car with the door open and speeding on the road were administratively fined.

On the afternoon of June 11, the Traffic Police Department of Quang Binh Province Police said that the unit had drawn up an administrative violation record, temporarily detained the vehicle and decided to punish the violations against the couple in the clip "sitting in the same driver's seat".car controlon the road

This violation was recorded in a clip that went viral on social networks and media earlier.

Authorities have determined that this car was traveling on Ho Chi Minh Road through Thuong Hoa Commune, Minh Hoa District, Quang Binh Province with the car door open and two people sitting in the driver's seat.
The driver was identified as Dinh Thi Hoa Mai (born in 1980), and the person sitting in the same seat was Doan Huu Hung (born in 1978, Mai's husband). They reside in Quyen village, Thuong Hoa commune, Minh Hoa district, Quang Binh).
After having full information about the violation, the Traffic Police Department made a record of the administrative violation, temporarily detained the vehicle and issued a decision to fine Ms. Mai for the following acts: Not closing the door while the vehicle was running, not wearing a seat belt while driving on the road, and not having a driver's license. The total fine was 6.6 million VND.
