(Baonghean.vn) - After banning the sea from 0:00 on June 13, from 5:00 p.m. this afternoon, June 13, Nghe An has allowed boats to go out to sea again.

According to the final forecast of storm No. 2 from the North Central Hydrometeorological Station, this afternoon (June 13), the tropical depression has weakened into a low pressure area, continuing to move west and gradually dissipating.
