Comments at the meeting: The NTM case was transmitted from a case in Huong Son district, Ha Tinh province. The SARS-CoV-2 virus belongs to the Indian strain. There is an extremely dangerous situation where many F0s in Ha Tinh have gone to Vinh city but have not declared truthfully and have concealed their whereabouts.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Bui Dinh Long - Deputy Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control, Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee clearly directed: Temporarily implement lockdown and social isolation according to Directive 16 in part of Ha Huy Tap ward, Vinh city. The lockdown and social isolation area is the triangle from Vinh Railway Station Intersection to Kenh Bac Bridge (Nguyen Sy Sach Street), from Kenh Bac Bridge to Quan Bau Intersection (Ha Huy Tap Street), from Quan Bau Intersection (Mai Hac De Street); social distancing in the remaining part of Ha Huy Tap ward according to Directive 15... Immediately take Covid-19 test samples for people in the quarantine and isolation areas; isolate and take test samples for people at the places where the infected cases have been.

Comrade Bui Dinh Long requested: Vinh City Police take charge of leading the tracing and epidemiological investigation team for this case; use all means to capture all F0s; work with Ha Tinh Provincial Police to identify all Ha Tinh F0s related to Vinh City; widely announce the locations F0s have visited so that people can go to health agencies to declare and receive advice; actively coordinate with forces, block off blockaded areas, and restrict people's movement.

The health sector transfers the NTM case from the Ha Huy Tap Ward Health Station to Nghe An General Hospital for treatment; independently and in coordination with the police, traces and exploits the itinerary of the NTM case and F1 cases. If the NTM does not declare truthfully, consolidate the records and consider prosecution. The health sector takes samples for testing for people in Ha Huy Tap Ward and related people; sprays disinfectants to disinfect all locations where the NTM case has visited; exploits the history of F1s in other areas outside Vinh City.
