'Rare' scene of Ha Huy Tap ward (Vinh city) during lockdown and social distancing

After 1 day of lockdown, all residents of blocks 8, 9, 10, 11, and part of residents of blocks 3, 4, 5, 6 in the area west of Ha Huy Tap Street. By this morning, June 15, in addition to the functional forces on duty at the blockade posts, on the roads in the areaHa Huy Tap wardare quite empty.
The entire Ha Huy Tap ward has 20 blocks, adjacent to the wards of Quan Bau, Le Loi, Hung Phuc, Hung Dung and the communes of Nghi Phu and Hung Loc. In addition to the blockaded area, the remaining 12 blocks of Ha Huy Tap ward are implementing social distancing according to Directive 15 of the Prime Minister.
Accordingly, in areas implementing social distancing, it is not allowed to organize activities or events gathering 20 people in one room; for areas outside offices, schools, and hospitals, gatherings of 10 people or more are not allowed; in public places, people are required to keep a minimum distance of 2 meters; religious and belief establishments are required to stop organizing ceremonies; stop all cultural, sports, and entertainment activities in public places.
In addition, people are advised to limit travel, service businesses are temporarily suspended, only businesses selling essential goods and services are allowed to open to serve the essential needs of people...
Ms. Dang Thi Hoa - Chairman of the People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Ha Huy Tap Ward said: After the decision to blockade the residential area from Ga Vinh intersection to Kenh Bac bridge (Nguyen Sy Sach street), from Kenh Bac bridge to Quan Bau intersection (Ha Huy Tap street), from Quan Bau intersection to Ga Vinh intersection (Mai Hac De street), and social distancing in the remaining blocks, the ward notified all households, and basically the households have also strictly complied.
However, yesterday afternoon (June 14), after an inspection, the ward's epidemic prevention steering committee fined 1 person for not wearing a mask in public a total of 2 million VND. This morning, the inspection team also reminded a number of grocery stores in the area to strictly implement social distancing.
