The price of seafood caught by fishermen has also decreased, although the number of boats going to sea every day is not much.

Mr. Ngo Xuan Thuy - Head of Lach Van Fishing Port Management Board said, these daysDien Chau districtImplementing social distancing according to Directive 15 and Directive 16 of the Government, the number of ships going to sea has decreased significantly, only 15 - 20 ships return to port/day, therefore, the daily seafood output to the port has also decreased, the number of people coming to the fishing port has decreased significantly, not as bustling as before.
To strictly implement epidemic prevention regulations at fishing ports, functional agencies: Local authorities, Border Guards and Fishing Port Management Board regularly remind fishermen and people to keep distance, wear masks and wash hands with sanitizer.

At Lach Quen Fishing Port (Quynh Luu), Mr. Nguyen Duc Dong - Head of Lach Quen Fishing Port Management Board said that due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic occurring in the province, including the neighboring district of Dien Chau, seafood is difficult to consume and prices have decreased.
