On June 25, Nghe An officially sent 2,221 workers working in Bac Giang home.
(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 339/KH - UBND dated June 21, 2021 on organizing the reception of workers working in Bac Giang to return home.
According to the plan, due to the complicated epidemic situation, Bac Giang will provide vehicles to transport Nghe An workers to Hoang Mai on the morning of June 25. Nghe An will pick up the workers there and hand them over to districts, cities, and towns.

Previously, the Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 327/KH-UBND dated June 12, 2021, organizing the return of workers from Bac Giang to their permanent residence. However, on June 15, 2021, the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 2869/UBND-KGVX on supplementing the plan to hand over citizens from other provinces who need to temporarily return to their permanent residence. Accordingly, Bac Giang province temporarily postponed the plan on June 15 to supplement some necessary points to ensure safety in epidemic prevention and control.
Bac Giang province also tested workers for SARS-CoV-2 for the last time 3 days before sending them back to Nghe An and attached a medical certificate for each individual.
Due to the epidemic situation in Nghe An, Bac Giang will support vehicles to bring Nghe An workers back to Hoang Mai.
Priority will be given to workers with permanent residence in Nghe An province currently residing in Bac Giang, pregnant women, women with children under 6 months old; people with underlying medical conditions; F0 cases who have recovered (if any); F1 cases who have completed centralized isolation, have negative test results and are eligible for home isolation; workers in isolated, socially distanced, and medically isolated areas that have been screened.
According to this document, districts, cities and towns with workers working in Bac Giang receive workers to their permanent residence; monitor the implementation and apply measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic.
