Crowded places such as the regulating lake, Hung Hoa dike, Cua Nam flower garden... The roads on the outskirts of Vinh are where people gather to exercise, enjoy the cool air, and chat every afternoon.
Faced with that situation, on June 21, 2021,Vinh City People's CommitteeIssue Document No. 4092/UBND-QLDT to relevant agencies and units requesting to increase patrols and control of people traveling in the area, limit going out to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic.
On the afternoon of June 22, wards and communes simultaneously patrolled and punished many cases of violations of Directive 16.
