Many units, businesses, organizations and individuals in the area continuously supported and donated necessary items including necessities, medical supplies, and equipment such as fans, air-conditioned office containers, etc.

In particular, among the hearts sent to the front line against the epidemic, there are also children who use their savings to support the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic, such as Nguyen Tran Minh Anh in block 11, Ha Huy Tap ward, Vinh city, who donated all of his savings to support the Vinh city Covid-19 Prevention and Control Fund with the amount of 100,000,000 VND, with the desire to do meaningful work to encourage doctors, nurses and local authorities. Mrs. Tran Thi Nhung (100 years old) in hamlet 6, Quynh Lam commune, Quynh Luu district, used a cane to go to the village Cultural House to support the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic, with the desire to join hands with the whole province to soon push back the epidemic.

Mr. Le Van Hong and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Minh, owners of Minh Hong restaurant in Le Loi ward, Vinh city, provided 2,500 free meals to the anti-epidemic force; the young couple Nguyen Thanh Hai (born in 1987) and his wife Nguyen Thi Huyen Trang (born in 1991), owners of Tre Viet restaurant in Ha Huy Tap ward, Vinh city, chose to turn the restaurant into a kitchen to cook free meals for the frontline force. Mr. Vu Thai Quang in Vinh city mobilized businesses to transport air-conditioned office containers to checkpoints and epidemic control stations on national highways entering and exiting Vinh city to serve as resting places for officers and soldiers after each shift change at the checkpoint...

In recent days, many businesses, organizations, agencies, units and individuals in the province have actively participated and donated. After the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee called for support for Covid-19 prevention and control, the whole province has so far donated more than 54 billion VND (of which, the total amount is more than 48 billion VND, goods worth nearly 6 billion VND). In addition, the Fatherland Front Committees of Nghi Loc, Dien Chau, Quynh Luu, Thai Hoa, Nam Dan districts... receive a lot of necessities from the people every day to support and contribute to the functional forces on the front line of epidemic prevention and control.

That is the spirit of “mutual love and support”, helping each other like a cool breeze dispelling fatigue, difficulties, and stress on the front line.
