Mr. Hoang Van Thu - Director of Vinh Airport said that currently, the flights from Saigon to Vinh and Vinh to Saigon each day only have 30-40/180 passengers according to capacity. Vinh Airport is proposing to require passengers arriving at the airport to have a Covid-19 test certificate in the form of Realtime RT-PCR test or rapid test (negative) with a validity period of 3 days.
