Young man in Nghia Dan avoids home quarantine requirement
(Baonghean.vn) - Although required to quarantine at home, HVB left the quarantine location without permission from the authorities.
On June 30, Nghia Dan District Police coordinated with the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Nghia Duc Commune to inspect the implementation of the decision on home quarantine in Nghia Duc Commune.
Through that, the case of HVB (born in 1998, residing in Duc Trung hamlet, Nghia Duc commune, Nghia Dan district) was discovered and requested.isolationat home according to Decision No. 106/QD-BCĐ dated June 2, 2021 of the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Nghia Duc Commune. Quarantine period from June 1, 2021 to June 22, 2021.
However, on June 8 and June 9, 2021, B. left the quarantine location without permission from the authorities.

HVB's behavior violated the provisions of Point b, Clause 1, Article 11, Decree 117/2020/ND-CP dated September 28, 2020 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the health sector: "Refusing or avoiding the application of medical isolation measures, forced medical isolation by competent state agencies". At the same time, it seriously affected security, order and health in the area, especially in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic which is developing very complicatedly as it is now.
Based on HVB's violations and related regulations, Nghia Dan District People's Committee has issued a decision to administratively fine HVB, the amount of 5 million VND.
