Before the riskCovid-19 epidemicDue to the high infection rate, the Provincial People's Committee has requested the suspension of some non-essential activities in localities bordering Ha Tinh, including Nam Dan, Cua Lo Town, Nghi Loc, and Hung Nguyen from June 8. After 1 month, the epidemic situation has been controlled. At the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control on July 6, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung agreed to allow the reopening of the province.at the door to reopen some non-essential servicesin the above localities but must ensure epidemic prevention and control work.

Immediately after the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee concluded on allowing the resumption of non-essential services, we organized a quick meeting of the Steering Committee for Epidemic Prevention. Accordingly, on the morning of July 7, local authorities organized patrols, controls, reminders, and rectification of Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control work according to the Ministry of Health's 5K recommendations to business owners, especially food and beverage establishments, which must arrange social distancing according to regulations".
