A female student from Nghe An province, suppressing her grief over her father's sudden death, continues to take the high school graduation exam.
(Baonghean.vn) - While taking the Literature exam, Nguyen Thi Hong, a student from Thanh Chuong, passed away. Despite her grief, she still tried to overcome her sorrow and continue with the next exam.
On the morning of July 7th, at the exam site of Dang Thuc Hua High School, Vo Liet commune, Thanh Chuong district, there was acandidateWhile taking her Literature exam, her father passed away at home. This is Nguyen Thi Hong, a 12th-grade student from the former Hamlet 5, Thanh Long Commune (Thanh Chuong District).

According to Mr. Nguyen Viet Bang, the homeroom teacher of class 12 E, while Hong was taking her Literature exam at 8:30 AM, her father, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thao (born in 1968), suddenly passed away due to a stroke.
After the exam ended, her family only broke the news to Hong after she finished, and she was devastated.
Hong initially intended to drop out of the exam to stay home and mourn her father, but with encouragement from her teachers and relatives, she suppressed her grief and tried to take the next exam in the afternoon.

This afternoon, upon receiving news of Hong's father's sudden death, the local Youth Union visited to offer condolences and encouragement to Hong and her family, hoping she would continue to take the high school graduation exam and do well. Afterwards, the Union also provided transportation to safely take her to the exam site.

Teacher Bang added: Hong is a diligent and excellent student, having achieved the title of "Excellent Student" for many years, and in the past school year, Hong achieved the title of "Excellent Student in all subjects".
