(Baonghean.vn) - VPF is seeking opinions on the plan to organize V.League 2021 in February 2022 with matches in round 13; Vietnam National Team will play at home at My Dinh Stadium in the 5 third qualifying matches of the 2022 World Cup.
V.League 2021 expected to be postponed until February 2022
On the afternoon of July 16, Vietnam Football Federation (VPF) sent a ballot to the VPF Board of Directors to solicit opinions on the plan for the 2021 National First Division, V.League 2021 and National Cup. Accordingly, V.League will start from February 12, 2022, after the Lunar New Year.

Plan for spectators to enter My Dinh Stadium
One of the best news for the Vietnam National Team in recent days is that the authorities have agreed to let Coach Park Hang-seo's students play at My Dinh Stadium.
However, with the complicated developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, the tournament organizers are facing many challenges in organizing. According to the AFC, matches in the third qualifier will be allowed to welcome 30% of the spectators and the exact number will be calculated according to the conditions of each competition venue. Remember, in the second qualifier held in the UAE, the AFC allowed the home team to sell 30% of the tickets and for matches without the participation of the UAE home team, the number of tickets will be divided equally between the two participating teams. In the case of matches with the participation of the UAE team, away team fans will be allowed to buy up to 10% of the total number of tickets issued.

Regarding this issue, VFF Vice President Cao Van Chong said: “AFC does not ban spectators from entering the stadium, but coming up with a suitable plan for My Dinh Stadium is not simple. During the Covid-19 outbreak in some provinces and cities, we have to calculate very carefully and come up with many different plans to ensure the safest way for the 5 home matches of the Vietnam National Team.”
“There is still a lot of time from now until early September. If the epidemic is well controlled by then, the plan to allow spectators into the stadium according to AFC regulations is very feasible. However, allowing spectators into the stadium still needs to receive approval from the authorities. In general, we all hope that by early September, the epidemic will be well controlled so that everything can go smoothly,” Mr. Cao Van Chong shared.
In the first home match on September 7 against Australia, the Vietnam National Team promises to receive a great spiritual "gift" if the audience is allowed to enter the stadium to cheer on the team.

After many years, no player has caught up with Messi and Ronaldo in terms of salary. The third player - Neymar - is paid $ 838,000 per week by PSG, while Luis Suarez (Atletico) and Antoine Griezmann (Barca) have the same salary of $ 795,000 per week.
Meanwhile, Ronaldo has one year left on his contract at Juventus. There have been many rumors about the Portuguese star leaving, especially after the "Old Lady" lost steam in the Serie A title race last season. PSG are said to be ready to roll out the red carpet to recruit Ronaldo, with the prospect of combining him with Kylian Mbappe and Neymar - who recently extended his contract until 2025.
