Center back Dinh Trong takes his girlfriend to get a new car
After 1 year of getting his driver's license, midfielder Tran Dinh Trong bought a car worth more than 1 billion VND as a means of transportation.

Dinh Trong started learning to drive in mid-2020 and was granted a driver's license in July of the same year. Compared to many of his teammates in the national team, the central defender from Gia Lam bought a car quite late. Players such as Duy Manh, Bui Tien Dung, Quang Hai, Van Hau, Tien Linh... all owned luxury cars early after successful tournaments with the national team and U23 Vietnam.
Defender Tran Van Kien - Dinh Trong's roommate at Hanoi FC also bought a car on this occasion. Van Kien chose the Hyundai SantaFe Premium model, white, identical to his junior.

Having a private car makes it easier for Dinh Trong to travel back and forth between his home and the Hanoi Club headquarters or to hang out with his girlfriend. Dinh Trong and Trang Heo have been dating since 2014 when he was a young player for Hanoi Club. The girl from Dien Bien often visits Dinh Trong's house and is very loved by his relatives.
Due to the complicated developments of Covid-19, Hanoi FC has allowed its players to rest from training until the end of August. On July 19, VFP sent a document to seek opinions from the clubs on postponing the V-League 2021 to 2022 due to the lack of time left to complete the tournament. Specifically, on February 12, 2022, the make-up matches of round 13 will take place, thereby concluding phase one. Phase two will start from February 16 and the tournament will end on March 12.
The deadline for VPF to receive comments from clubs is 12 noon on July 23. In case the V-League is postponed to next year, the Vietnam national team will gather early, expected in mid-August, to prepare for the third qualifying round of the 2022 World Cup. Dinh Trong is a favorite player of coach Park Hang-seo and if he does not have any health problems, he will continue to participate in the upcoming training session of the national team.
