When a young man arrived to deliver goods at the blockade, he got into an argument and was beaten by a neighborhood security guard.

After receiving the feedback, the People's Committee of Ward 3, Binh Thanh District directed the Ward Police to verify the incident and determined that the above incident occurred at Lot G of Mieu Noi Apartment Building, address 37 Vu Huy Tan, Ward 3, Binh Thanh District.
