1.Patient NVH, male, born in 1997. Address: Nghi Van commune, Nghi Loc district. The patient is F1 of the previously announced NTTH patient. On July 25, the patient traveled from Ho Chi Minh City to Nghi Loc. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Nghi Van Primary School and tested twice on July 26 and July 30, both with negative results. The patient was tested on August 3 and August 4, both with suspected positive results. On August 5, the patient was sampled for the fifth time, and on the morning of August 6, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
2.Patient TTKH, female, born in 2000. Address: Nam Binh block, Nam Dan town, Nam Dan district. On July 24, the patient returned to Nam Dan district from Cau Giay district, Hanoi. On July 25, the patient went to the Health Station to make a medical declaration and was quarantined at the Nam Dan town Health Station. On July 26, the patient was tested for the first time with a negative result, on August 4, the patient was tested for the second time with a suspicious result. On August 6, the patient was tested for the third time with a confirmed positive result for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
3.Patient NVH, male, born in 1995. Address: Middle East Block, Nam Dan Town, Nam Dan District. On July 25, the patient went to the Health Station to make a medical declaration and was quarantined at the Nam Dan Town Health Station. On July 26, the patient was tested for the first time with a negative result, on August 4, the patient was tested for the second time with a suspicious result. On August 6, the patient was tested for the third time with a confirmed positive result for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
4.Patient HTN, female, born in 2002. Address: Quynh Thanh commune, Quynh Luu district. On August 1, the patient rode a motorbike from Binh Duong to Quynh Luu and was quarantined at Quynh Thanh Kindergarten. On August 2, the patient was tested for the first time with a suspicious result. On August 4, the patient was sampled for the second time, and on August 5, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
5.Patient HTTN, female, born in 2014. Address: Hamlet 1, Quynh Lam Commune, Quynh Luu. The patient is F1 of patient HTY who was previously announced. The patient was quarantined at Quynh Lam A Primary School and tested twice on July 27 and August 1, both with negative results. On August 4, the patient developed fever and fatigue. On August 5, the patient was tested a third time. On the morning of August 6, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
