Earlier, at around 10:00 AM on August 3, 2021, while the task force of Traffic Police Team No. 2 was on patrol, they received a report from the public: There was a suspect showing signs of illegally buying and selling drugs on the inter-village road in Tang village.

Immediately, the task force deployed forces to the location reported by the public. During an administrative check of Lu Van Dai (born in 1973, residing in Tang village, Tien Phong commune, Que Phong district), the police discovered a package of white powder suspected to be heroin.

At the police station, Lu Van Dai confessed that the package of white powder was heroin.retailintended for drug addicts. Authorities conducted an examination; the results showed that the package of white powder was heroin weighing 3.85 grams.
The Que Phong District Police are currently continuing their investigation.
