The proposed land area is converted to implement groups of works and projects such as roads, electricity, irrigation, resettlement areas; planning for auction of residential land use rights; attracting investment projects in production and business or expanding the scale of factories and workshops in some projects.
Accordingly, the most is Do Luong district with 34 projects. Next is Nghi Loc district with 26 projects; Vinh city has 25 projects; Yen Thanh district has 22 projects; Dien Chau has 18 projects; Hung Nguyen district has 17 projects; Quynh Luu district has 16 projects; Thanh Chuong district has 9 projects; Hoang Mai town has 8 projects; Nghia Dan district has 7 projects.
Ky Son, Tan Ky districts and Thai Hoa town each have 3 projects; Con Cuong, Ky Son, Nam Dan districts and Cua Lo town have 1 project.

In addition to the proposal for the Provincial People's Council to consider and resolve the conversion of rice land and protective forest land use purposes; the Provincial People's Committee also submitted to the Provincial People's Council a draft resolution approving the list of works and projects requiring land recovery for implementation in the province.
Accordingly, there are 312 projects and works with a total of nearly 630 hectares (including more than 274 hectares of rice land, nearly 11 hectares of protective forest land and more than 334 hectares of other land) in the province that need land acquisition.

Specifically, Do Luong district has 40 projects; Nghi Loc district has 38 projects; Vinh city has 32 projects; Dien Chau district has 27 projects; Yen Thanh district has 23 projects; Hung Nguyen district has 21 projects.
Quynh Luu district has 19 projects; Nam Dan district has 15 projects; Nghia Dan district has 14 projects; Thanh Chuong district has 11 projects; Anh Son district and Hoang Mai town each have 7 projects; Tan Ky district and Thai Hoa town each have 5 projects; Cua Lo town has 2 projects; Tuong Duong district has 1 project.
