Beautiful Photo ContestNghe An tourismThe third time in 2021 is an opportunity to promote the image of the homeland, country, people, culture, and tourism of Nghe An to the people and tourists at home and abroad. Thereby, searching and selecting beautiful, quality photos to enhance the photo database to serve propaganda and promotion work.

The contest with the theme "Nghe An Tourism - New perspectives, new experiences" aims to encourage and honor authors with new, creative, unique works, with new perspectives through the lens of tourism about the land, life, people, culture,destinationNghe An tourism and services; create attraction and desire to experience and explore for domestic and foreign tourists.

The Contest is open to all professional and amateur photographers, Vietnamese citizens living in and outside the country; foreigners working and living in Vietnam; no age limit. Each author can submit no more than 25 photos; only 01 name according to the ID card/citizen identification card, 01 address can be used to register for the contest.

Contest entries are photos taken onNghe An area, reflecting new perspectives through the tourism lens on natural landscapes, historical relics, scenic spots, tourist destinations, types of tourism, traditional craft villages, festivals, cultural events, sports, and tourism in Nghe An. Moments, daily cultural activities, customs, folk arts, culinary culture; images of tourists exploring and experiencing tourism products...

Some basic information related to the Contest Rules:

1. Time, method and place of receiving works

a) Time to receive works:From the contest launch date until 23:59 on October 31, 2021.

- Exam time: November 2021.

- Organizing the summary, awarding and exhibition: Expected in late November or early December 2021

b) Method and location of receiving works:

* Application documents include:

- Contest photo files, name the file with Alphabet characters (uppercase or lowercase), do not use strange characters, do not use proper names and addresses to name the file.

- Registration form and information about the contest entry in word file format according to the Organizing Committee's template (issued with these Rules or downloaded on the website http://dulich.nghean.gov.vn). In which clearly state the order and file name, note the name of the works, full name of the author, address, phone number, contact email. Note: the registration form (scanned file) must have the author's signature.

Authors who do not have a registration form and entry information with all the above information will be considered invalid.

2. Regulations on entries

- Contest entries must be photos taken in Nghe An province.

- Contest photos must be color or black and white, in digital image file format, jpg format, minimum length of longest dimension is 4000 pixels, minimum file size of 6MB (scanned files or photos taken from paper photos, collages are not accepted).

- Contest photos must be single photos (photo series are not accepted). Technically processed photos are accepted but must not be collaged or erased to distort reality. If necessary, the Organizing Committee will request the author to submit the original photo file for verification.

- The photos submitted to the contest must not have won any prizes in other photo contests/festivals. Photos submitted to photo contests previously organized by the Department of Tourism/Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An will not be accepted. During the contest, the author is not allowed to use the works being submitted to participate in other contests.

- Contest photos must not violate Vietnamese customs, laws, or culture, and must not contain negative political or religious content.

- The photo must not have borders, captions, or any identifying symbols on it.

- Photos submitted to the contest will not be returned to the authors by the Organizing Committee.

- If any entry is found to violate the Rules or is dishonest or has any copyright disputes, the Organizing Committee will remove that entry from the contest without prior notice (before, during and after the contest).

3. Contest prizes

- 01 First Prize, including: Certificate from the Organizing Committee, with a prize of 10,000,000 VND

- 02 Second prizes, including: Certificate from the Organizing Committee, with bonus of 7,000,000 VND/prize

- 03 Third prizes, including: Certificate from the Organizing Committee, with bonus of 5,000,000 VND/prize

- 10 Consolation prizes, including: Certificate from the Organizing Committee, with bonus of 1,000,000 VND/prize

In addition, the Organizing Committee will consider giving a number of travel vouchers to the winning authors under the condition that the Covid-19 epidemic is under control.
