On the afternoon of August 8, Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Director of Nghe An Center for Disease Control informed: In the past 12 hours (from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on August 8),Nghe Anrecorded 07 new positive cases of Covid-19. Of which, 06 cases returned from Binh Duong, 01 case related to Minh An General Hospital.

2. Patient VYM, female, born in 1989.Address: Tri Le Commune, Que Phong District. On August 1, the patient returned from Binh Duong to Que Phong. After returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Tri Le Boarding Secondary School. The patient was sampled twice before and both results were negative. On August 6, the patient was sampled a third time and the result was suspected positive. On August 7, the patient was sampled a fourth time and sent to CDC. On August 8, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
3. Patient VVL, male, born in 1992.Address: Tri Le Commune, Que Phong District. On July 30, the patient returned from Binh Duong to Que Phong. After returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at Tri Le Boarding Secondary School. The patient was sampled twice before and both results were negative. On August 6, the patient was sampled a third time and the result was suspected positive. On August 7, the patient was sampled a fourth time and sent to CDC. On August 8, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
4. Patient TYH, female, born in 2020.Address: Tri Le Commune, Que Phong District. On August 1, the patient returned from Binh Duong to Que Phong. Regarding the Minh An General Hospital outbreak, from July 26 to now, there have been 89 cases in 2 districts, including: Quynh Luu: 80 cases (in 10 communes); Hoang Mai Town: 09 cases (in 02 communes).
