(Baonghean.vn) - Today (August 13), in the second session, the People's Council of Nghe An province will pass important reports and resolutions before closing the session.
Previously, on the afternoon of August 12, the session held a discussion in the hall about issues of concern to voters and delegates.

On the first day of the second session, via direct telephone, 41 voters sent their opinions to the session with contents related to land, environment, traffic, urban management, policies...

On the morning of August 13, before closing the session, the Provincial People's Council will consider and approve 26 resolutions including:
01. Resolution promulgating the Regulations on the operation of the People's Council of Nghe An province, term XVIII, term 2021 - 2026
02. Resolution on the direction of activities of the People's Council of Nghe An province, term XVIII, term 2021 - 2026
03. Resolution on the Monitoring Program of Nghe An Provincial People's Council in 2022.
04. Resolution on resolving voters' opinions and recommendations at the 17th Session of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII, 2016 - 2021.
05. Resolution on implementing tasks for the last 6 months of 2021.
06. Resolution on adjusting the 2020 public investment plan extended to 2021 and the 2021 public investment plan (phase 1).
07. Resolution on giving opinions on the report on the implementation of the public investment plan in 2021 and the expected public investment plan in 2022 of Nghe An province.
08. Resolution on investment policy for public investment projects in Nghe An province.
09. Resolution on adjusting and abolishing investment policies for public investment projects in Nghe An province.
10. Resolution on a number of investment support policies in Nghe An province (replacing Resolution No. 26/2016/NQ-HDND dated August 4, 2016 of the Provincial People's Council).
11. Resolution of approvalState budget financial plan5 years 2021 - 2025 Nghe An province.
12. Resolution approving the list of works and projects requiring land recovery according to regulations in Clause 3, Article 62 of the Land Law in Nghe An province.
13. Resolution on changing the purpose of using rice-growing land, protective forest land, and special-use forest land as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 58 of the Land Law to implement works and investment projects in Nghe An province.
14. Resolution on the policy of converting forest use to other purposes to implement projects in Nghe An province.

16. Resolution approving the Project to adjust the overall master plan for construction of the Southeast Economic Zone, Nghe An province until 2040.
17. Resolution on handling the results of reviewing the Resolution on legal regulations issued by the People's Council of Nghe An province from December 31, 2020 and before.
18. Resolution to abolish Resolutions of Nghe An Provincial People's Council.
19. Resolution on the total number of employees receiving salaries from the budget, contract workers in public service units that have not yet ensured regular expenses and organized the Association in 2022.
20. Resolution on merging and renaming hamlets in communes of Anh Son, Dien Chau, Hung Nguyen, Nghi Loc, Nghia Dan, Thanh Chuong districts and Vinh city.
21. Resolution regulating the number of Deputy Commanders of Commune-level Military Commands and the daily allowance for militia and self-defense forces in Nghe An province.
22. Resolution approving the Project on organization, construction and operation of the Militia and Self-Defense Force, period 2021 - 2025 in Nghe An province.
23. Resolution on naming streets and adjusting road length in Vinh city, Nghe An province, phase 6.
24. Resolution on naming streets in Cua Lo town, Nghe An province, phase 2.
25. Resolution on nutritional regime and some support policies for coaches and high-performance athletes of Nghe An province.
26. Resolution stipulating a number of support policies for non-public preschools in industrial parks in Nghe An province.
Due to the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, the Session will take place in 1.5 days (from August 12, 2021 to August 13, 2021), 1 day shorter than previous regular sessions and will not include a question-and-answer session or group discussion session.
To meet the requirements of administrative reform and promote the application of information technology, at this Session, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council applied information technology in management; all documents were sent in advance to delegates via email and document management software.
