Using market card to 'go eat on Full Moon', 4 people were fined
(Baonghean.vn) - Four people using cards to enter the market to "go eat on the full moon day" were checked and discovered by the checkpoint force of the People's Committee of Cua Nam ward.
On the morning of August 21, at the Cua Nam fish pond checkpoint, the on-duty force stopped a car with license plate 37A - 00xxx for inspection. There were 4 people on the car at the time of the inspection.
When checked by the authorities, these people gave the reason of going to the market to buy food and provisions. To prove it, they presented 4 market entry cards (all dated August 21, 2021) from Dong Vinh ward.

However, the actions of these 4 people could not escape the eyes of the authorities. They had to honestly admit that they used the market card with the purpose of moving "to Dong Vinh ward to eat the full moon". These 4 people were later arrested.People's Committee of Cua Nam Wardadministrative violation recordmedical field; issued a decision to impose a fine of 2 million VND.
It should be added that these 4 people are father and son, mother and son living in the same family in Cua Nam ward, yet they have cards to enter the market of Dong Vinh ward.
