Accordingly, the task of the green shirt Shipper teams is to assign cadres, union members, and youth to coordinate with local socio-political organizations to participate in receiving information and supporting the supply of food and provisions during the period of medical isolation and prevention of Covid-19 epidemic in the city, starting from August 24, 2021.
After having information and understanding the needs of the people, the blue shirt Shipper team willfree supportPeople buy, sell, and transport food from the supply point to each poor household in the area and carry out the tasks of supplying and transporting food according to the dispatch of the superior union organization when requested.

It is known that, to ensure safety and compliance with epidemic prevention regulations during the period of social distancing, the green shirt Shipper team in each ward or commune will only be allowed to supply and transport food to people in that ward or commune. The list of team leaders of the green shirt Shipper teams is also made public for people to contact.
Previously, Vinh City had temporarily suspended the operations of markets in the area; supermarkets, mini supermarkets, retail stores, and agricultural and food product chains were only allowed to sell directly to businesses and units in the city that have organized centralized collective kitchens.
