The localities that recorded new positive cases (3 localities) in the past 12 hours include: Cua Lo Town: 3, Vinh City: 2, Yen Thanh: 2. Vinh City alone has 2 community cases in Hung Binh ward... Thus, all newly detected Covid-19 infections are in hotspots currently implementing social distancing measures to prevent and control the epidemic.
