(born in 1988), residing in Hung Nguyen district and Tran Van L. (born in 1975), residing in Truong Thi ward, (all 3 do business in Vinh Tan ward, Hong Son) regularly post food for sale on social networks and commit to deliver to customers even thoughVinh Cityhas prohibited this activity.
On the morning of August 30, Ms. Th. delivered sweet potatoes, Lg. delivered noodles, and L. delivered fruits to Cua Tien apartment building when they were discovered by the authorities. It is worth mentioning that Cua Tien apartment building was locked down by the authorities on the night of August 29 because F0 lived there.
