Nearly 300 cases in Yen Thanh violating epidemic prevention regulations were punished

Information fromYen Thanh District PoliceAccording to the report, from August 19 to 30, the district police force and the police of communes and towns in the district conducted inspections and propaganda, discovering 367 cases of violations of Covid-19 epidemic prevention regulations. Of which, the commune authorities and the district People's Committee issued decisions to administratively sanction 292 cases, with a total amount of 522.5 million VND, the remaining 75 cases are being consolidated for handling.

Common violations include: Going out without a really necessary reason, not wearing a mask when leaving the house, not making a medical declaration... Notably, among the 292 cases handled, there were 3 cases in Xuan Thanh commune who organized drinking at home during the social isolation period, were discovered by the police force, the District People's Committee issued a decision to fine 45 million VND (15 million VND per person).

As of the morning of August 31, in Yen Thanh district, there were 174 people testing positive for the disease.Covid-19 epidemic, many of whom have quite complex travel schedules within the community.
