Mr. Vang Tran Nhi, a retired cadre in Can village, Tam Thai commune, said, "It is both to express infinite gratitude to Uncle Ho and to educate revolutionary traditions to children and grandchildren. On September 2, my family often prepares a feast to commemorate Uncle Ho. In previous years, after burning incense for Uncle Ho, we invite brothers, relatives and friends to drink wine, beat gongs, and dance and sing to celebrate Independence Day.
