49 more remote villages in Nghe An will have national grid electricity in 2021
(Baonghean.vn) - The Ministry of Industry and Trade has just issued Decision No. 2095/QD-BCT approving the Design - Construction drawings - Construction estimates of the project on Rural Electricity Supply from the National Grid, Nghe An province, period 2015 - 2020, phase 2021.
This Decision was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade on September 1, 2021.

This is a level IV, group B energy project. The construction site is in 49 villages, hamlets, and residential clusters in 26 communes of 7 districts: Con Cuong, Tuong Duong, Ky Son, Que Phong, Quy Chau, Quy Hop, and Thanh Chuong.
Specifically, Con Cuong district has the following villages and hamlets: Khe Na, Khe Bu, Khe Nong (Chau Khe commune).
DistrictXiangyangincluding the villages: Huoi Co, Huoi Man, Pieng Na, Pieng Luong, Pia Oi (Nhon Mai commune); Pieng Cooc, Na Kha, Pha Khao (Mai Son commune); Huoi Pung (Huu Khuong commune); Xop Chao village (Luong Minh commune).

Ky Son district includes the following villages and hamlets: Hoa Ly (My Ly commune); Pa Ca (Nam Can commune); Noong O, Cha Lan (Huu Lap commune); Luu Tien (Chieu Luu commune); Nhan Cu (Ta Ca commune); Na Khuong, Don Boong, Huoi Nguoi (Na Loi commune); Pha Bun, Huoi Dun 2, Huoi Kha, Nga Ba, Huoi Khe, Huoi Mu (Huoi Tu commune).
Que Phong district includes the following villages: Huoi Moi 1, Lam, Na Tui (Tri Le commune); Muong Phu (Thong Thu commune); Ban Mut, Cham Put, Coong (Hanh Dich commune); Dong Tien (Dong Van commune); Xop Sanh (Tien Phong commune); Nam Sai (Quang Phong commune).
Quy Hop district includes the following villages: Khe Co, Lung (Nam Son commune); Trai La hamlet (Ha Son commune).
Quy Chau district includes the following villages and hamlets: Tan 1 and Tan 2 (Chau Hoi commune); Pa Hoc and Do 2 (Chau Binh commune); Pha Day (Chau Binh commune).
Thanh Chuong district includes the following hamlets: Lang Moi (Thanh Lam commune); The Vang hamlet (Thanh Tung commune); Da Bia hamlet (Thanh Mai commune).

Regarding the scale of the project, for the medium voltage line section, a new 35kW overhead line will be built with a total length of 106.305km; for the transformer station section, 44 new stations will be built with a total capacity of 2,850.5 kVA; a new low voltage line will be built after the transformer stations with a total length of 103.184km; and 4,043 new meters will be installed. Each household in the villages will be installed with an electric panel, a light bulb and a connecting wire from the meter to the household.
In Decision No. 2095/QD-BCT, the Ministry of Industry and Trade clearly stated that the investment implementation period is 2021; the construction estimate of the project is over 173.2 billion VND; the investment capital is from the Central Budget capital plan allocated in 2021 and the capital of the investor (EVNNPC).
