The People's Committee of Vinh City also instructed the wards and communes to continue directing and mobilizing the maximum number of police forces, neighborhood security guards, militia, youth union members, the Veterans Association, the Women's Union, the Farmers Association (if any), and forces from agencies, organizations, units, businesses, and schools located in the area to protect the green zone - the area without Covid-19 infections.
